Protest in Port Harcourt over the escape of UNIPORT student who killed his 8-year-old neighbour

Angry youths have taken to the streets of Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital to protest the killing of 8-year old Victory by her neighbour, Ifeanyi Dike who recently escaped from police custody.

Ifeanyi, a 200 level student of the University of Port Harcourt had murdered the young girl and taken some parts from her body for ritual purposes.

The protest is by indigenes of Eliozu community, where the little girl is from. They have blocked Eliozu junction in the state, demanding for justice.
