New Mom in Shock After Giving Birth To Baby With Two Heads & Three Arms

A new mom was left in shock after doctors told her that she gave birth to a baby with two heads and three arms.

The 23-year-old, Shabana Khatun was given this information after Doctors discovered the malformation and helped with the birth via c-section at Mahatma Gandhi District Hospital in India on Friday, local sources said.

According to reports, in an effort to help the mother, eight doctors scrambled into theatre to help with the complicated birth after it was discovered mum Shabana Khatun was having conjoined twin boys.

Dr Pushpa Pavaiyya, who lead the team of doctors, said: “Since it was not a regularly delivery case, an eight-member team of doctors was formed to help with the delivery.”
The baby was immediately taken to intensive care, but tragically only survived a few hours.

This type of occurrence occurs when the fertilized egg does not separate fully in the mother’s womb.
