A twitter user took to the platform to critique the huge amount of money which he claimed was used to construct EFCC’s new building.
According to the concerned Nigerian, EFCC cannot claim to fight corruption and use such whooping amount to build an office.
The user simply identified as Nicholas Ibekwe wrote,
“The EFCC is building a 10-storey office for N24b. That’s N2.4b per floor. At N400 to $1 that’s $7m per floor. But we’re fighting corruption.”
The official handle of the commission replied’
- Your figure is incorrect
- It’s not a mud house; national structures tend to cost a bit especially when built by construction giants
