Lady Who Hit Menopause At 22, Cares For Dolls As Her Children A woman, who hit pre-menopause at a young age of 22 and was given the bad news of not being able to bear a child, turns to dolls for comfort.
Instead of adopting some children, 39-year-old Jane Berry became a mum to three dolls named Amy, Ashley and Chloe to fill the void of not being able to have children of her own.

She caters for them like a normal child, taking them shopping, putting them in car seats, spend hours bottle feeding them, putting them to bed at night and going on holiday with them.

Lady Who Hit Menopause At 22, Cares For Dolls As Her Children Her partner, Peter Marflee, 51, showed support to her actions after suffering embarrassment for the unconventional behavior.

However the couple have faced regular abuse from hecklers who have branded ‘mad’ and ‘crazy’ or thought the babies were dead – and have even been told ‘go and get a real baby’.

She added

“We treat them like children.”We took them on holiday for two weeks in September for the first time. A lot of people understood but we would hear Chinese whispers about us.Sometimes I will feed them with a fake bottle. I will take care of them. You also have to pick them up like a baby.
“I have to use a dry make up brush to clean them. We also have a car seat in the van, they are spoiled.
