Yesterday, the news of the Mercy Aigbe being brutally beaten by her husband, Lanre Gentry hit the internet.
From infidelity accusations to a rumor that a former friend of the actress Opemititi aka ‘Queen Stunner’ was having an affair with Mercy’s husband, the internet has been set abalze with various spin to the wife beating allegations.
Opemititi’s niece, on anonymity, stated that the accusations against her aunt are false.
She reacted to the tweets via @subdeliveryman, claiming that her aunt, who is set to be married to the song of a king, is not a hoe.
The anonymous source added that Queen Stunner, and Mercy Aigbe remain good friends and she has saved Mercy from being beaten by her husband.
She made reference to the 2013 hotel incident where she confirmed that Opemititi saved Mercy after her husband was ready to unleash his fury after discovering her in a hotel room.
