A Qatar airline plane had a situation where the aircraft suddenly burst as it was about to takeoff at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos yesterday February 9th.
No fewer than 100 passengers onboard a Qatar airline plane on its way to the United Arab Emirate when this happened.
Some passengers on the aircraft stated that the pilot was about to takeoff when they heard a loud sound which was later confirmed to be from a burst tyre.
Thankfully, the pilot was able to taxi the defective aircraft back to the terminal for further investigation and repairs.
Meanwhile, alternative arrangement was made for the passengers who experienced no such occurrence on the rescheduled flight.
