Traditional Chief From Imo Plaits Wife’s Hair, Says It’s His Usual Duty

Some Nigerians were taken aback to see a rare photo of a traditional chief from Imo state, plaiting his wife’s hair.

The traditional chief from Ekwe Kingdom in Imo State with the name, Mel Adiegwu shared the photos on Facebook, which caused people to react, most especially his village people.

Deducing from his profile, the chief spends time in Chicago in the United States, but that doesn’t stop him from breaking tradition by plaiting his wife’s hair regularly.

In spite of people reminding him that he is traditional chief, Mel, was not ashamed of showing love to his wife.
