With the suspension of Mohammed Ali Ndume representing Borno South Senatorial District from the senate, Borno state Governor, Kashim Shettima has led a high level delegation over to beg the Senate President, Bukola Saraki to reconsider.
The delegation included the Chairman, Senate Committee on Rules and Business, Senator Baba Kaka Garbai, APC, Borno Central and the Chairman, Senate Committee on Defence, Senator Abubakar Kyari, APC, Borno North.
Also with Gov Shettima were members of the House of Representatives from Borno State, representatives of the Shehu of Borno, Emir of Dikwa, Commissioners, Local Government Chairmen, Councilors, and others.
