Dino Melaye has taken victory over the certificate scandal to a whole new level of performing his ‘hit’ song in a live band.
The senator, epresenting Kogi West, attended where he mounted the stage, took over the microphone and began to perform ‘Aje kun iya ni’oje’.
The live band went into action, playing their musical instrument to give the song a sonorous sound.
This comes after the initial performance of the song which earned him some ridicule from Nigerians.
The diss video was released after he and VC of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Prof. Ibrahim Garba, appeared before the senate committee on ethics and privileges over his certificate scandal to confirm that Melaye graduated from the university.
A translation of the Yoruba diss song to English, “You will be beaten mercilessly if you fight someone who is stronger than you”.
The senator’s latest performance, has no doubt earned him more ridicule from Nigerians, some of whom tagged him a clown.
