A victim of physical assault, Miranda Lumka Jacobs has spoken out against the south African Police authority over the way and manner they handled her case. It was reported that the Police were unwilling to arrest the Congolese man who was suspected to have physically abused the victim Mirranda Jacobs in an incident that happened five days ago in Johannesburg.
The victim Miranda Lumka Jacobs decided to go online to voice out her displeasure in the way the incident was handled, update and sarcastically thank the suspect one Paul Christian Kadima for the assault.
