A caption from one of his posts reads:
“The day is finally here…go see 10 days in Sun City in any of the cinemas near U and tell me what you think #now showing”
He also posted a video from the movie premiere which was graced by top actors and artistes in the likes of Richard Mofe Damijo, Adesua Etomi, Banky Wellington, Falz, Ik Ogbonna, Gordons, Denrele,Akpororo, Kenny Blaq and many others.
In the words of Adesua Etomi:
“When Mr Ay does something, he does it to beat the last one he did. He is passionate about film making and is not afraid to put his money where his mouth is.”
Ik Ogbonna thinks the movie is good stuff and should be watched by everyone and Kenny Blaq is convinced that 10 days in Sun City is the movie of the year.
You will recall that 30 days in Atlanta netted a record breaking 137 million naira in box office and A trip to Jamaica netted 170 million naira, breaking the record of 30 days in Atlanta. From the look of things, it won’t be surprising if 10 days in Sun City follows suit.
