Kechi Okwuchi, one of the two survivors of the 2005 Sosoliso Plane Crash that killed 60 young students of Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja, has wowed us all with her amazing performance at America’s Got Talent 2017 edition.

The lady, in her introduction, gave reason of how she fell in love with music after experiencing the crashed plane which killed 107 passengers out of 109.

“I was in a plane crash when I was about 16 years old back in Nigeria. It took the lives of a 107 out of a 109 passengers, and I was one of the 2 survivors,” she said, adding that lying in the bed in the hospital and not being able to move, music was her escape.

In 2005, the ill-fated Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 coming from Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja crashed and erupted in flames at the Port Harcourt International Airport.

7 people were rescued alive from the burning plane, but only 2 survived the horrible experience.
